MS (Ophthalmology); FICO; Fellow of LV Prasad Eye Institute

Dr Das has done his MBBS from NRS Medical College, Kolkata. He did  DO & MS Ophth, both from RIO Kolkata. He also passed the Basic and Advanced Examinations of the International Council of Ophthalmology. He then did his Fellowship in Comprehensive Ophthalmology, with Retina specialization, at LV Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad.

He has special interest in cataract, glaucoma, retina, oculoplasty, and ocular infections.He is also actively involved in electrophysiologic testing of the eye (ERG, VEP, EOG) the equipment for which is present exclusivly at Mansarovar eye hospital in Lucknow.

He has been consultant at LV Prasad Eye Institute, Vijayawada and HOD at SNHRC Vellore. He has been working here at MEH for more than 2.5 years now.
